Mr. Zachary Chase Aubra Guice, age 29 of Boaz, AL, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital.

He is survived by his mother - Shelby Dover of Boaz, AL; his sister Erica Self of Decatur, AL; his brother - Blake Guice of Boaz, AL; his brother - Zeb Guice of Boaz, AL; his brother - Canaan Guice of Oneonta, AL' his grandparents - Don and Barbara Self of Boaz, AL, and Dean and Betty Guice of Boaz, AL; his special friends - Tori Mansel and Lindsey Gilliland.

Zachary is preceded in death by his father - Doug Guice.

The family has chosen cremation.  No services are planned at this time.
