Mr. William McCoy McClendon, 72 of Oneonta, Alabama, was born on February 21, 1953, to William Harvey and Dora Huffstutler McClendon and passed away on December 2, 2025, at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Jerry McClendon, his sister, Martha Bickerstaff, and his half brother, Robert Huffstutler.

Coy is survived by his brother, Jerome McClendon, his sister, Doris Moody, his sister, Barbara Bowen, his sister Gaynell Smoot, his sister, Linda Sue Yancy, his brother-in-law, Allen Bickerstaff, and a host of nieces and nephews.

David Beasley will conduct the Graveside Service on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Ebell Cemetery. There will not be a public visitation.

Steven Bickerstaff, Allen Bickerstaff, Dale Thomas, Ray Byrd, Christopher Byrd, and Shawn Bellew have been asked to serve as Pallbearers.
