Mr. William Carlton Loyd, age 65 of the Austin Creek Community of Cleveland, AL., passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Loyd was a Veteran of The United States Army.

Carl is survived by his children: Lisa Rudloff of Holly Pond, AL., Jackie and Kim Minor of Mulberry, AL., April and Jeff Butts of Hanceville, AL., and Richard and Stacey Loyd of Hayden, AL.; his grandchildren: Kristy Putman, Shannon and Sarah Farr, Justin Rudloff, Tiffany Bradford, Dylan and Britaney Loyd, Taylor Davis, Brandon Lands, Brittany Lands, Brooke Lands, Kayla Loyd, Jacob Loyd, Matt Loyd, and Destiny Loyd; his great grandchildren: Kyle Putman, Seth Putman, Elizabeth Putman, Elijah Putman, Jonathan Putman, Hunter Farr, Rylei Farr, Dawson Loyd, Alliah Loyd, Brylie Robertson, Blaine Lands, and Dakoda Lands; and his siblings: Jimmy Phillips of Cullman and Mary and Burl Bohannan of Cullman.

Mr. Loyd is predeceased by his wife: Sandra Lee (Harris) Loyd; his parents: Dewey and Ruth (Maddox) Loyd; and his siblings: Betty Loyd and Grady Loyd.

Scotty Weston will conduct the funeral service on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 @ 2pm at the Chapel of Snead Funeral Home. There not be a visitation. Mr. Loyd will be cremated. The children have selected four songs which include "Daddy's Hands", "Picture of Me", "He stopped loving her today", and "Back". And finally, The United States Army Honor Guard will render Military Honors.
