Mr. Wilburn Gene Hamby, age 70 of The Wilson Chapel Community, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife - Sue Woods Hamby; sons - Stephen Cashion, Phillip Cashion (Lana), and Dale Cashion (Leslie); 6 grandchildren; brothers - L.C. Hamby (Linda), Roger Hamby (Marie), and Freddie Hamby (Lynn); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Mr. Hamby is preceded in death by his parents - Cecil Grady and Dora Mae (Harper) Hamby; and sister - Debbie Laughlin.

Brother Freddie Hamby and Brother Randall Hamby will conduct the Funeral Service on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Wynnville Cemetery.  Mr. Hamby will Lie In Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Friday from 1:00 PM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be - Rodney Hamby, Randall Hamby, Trevor Hamby, Jay Glenn, Stevie Harper, and Phillip Harper.

Honorary Pallbearers will be - Casey Hamby and Daniel Hamby.
