Mrs. Wanda Dale (Nolen) Kornegay, age 68 of The Berry Mountain Community of Blountsville, AL., passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her husband – Jimmy Kornegay of Berry Mountain, her son and daughter-in-law – Brett and Rachel Kornegay of Cleveland, AL., her daughter and son-in-law – Kristi and John Randolph of Snead, AL., her grandchildren – Destin Witt (Zac), Manny Mendoza (Courtney), Layla Randolph, and Halli Williamson; her great grandchildren – Kenzie Witt, and Landon Mendoza; her sister and brother-in-law – Shirley and Don Horton of Oneonta, AL., her sister – Charlotte Ziegler of Oneonta, AL., her sister and brother-in-law – Dianne and Jerry Hill of Straight Mountain, her brother and sister-in-law – Russell and Debbie Nolen of Straight Mountain, her sister-in-law – Katrina Nolen of Atlanta, GA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Mrs. Kornegay is preceded in death by her parents – Robert and Mildred (Peters) Nolen, her brother – Jerry Nolen and her father-in-law and mother-in-law – Bill and Sue Kornegay.

Brother Curtis Hawkins will conduct the Funeral Service on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 2:00 PM from Grace Baptist Church, with Snead Funeral Home Directing.  Interment will follow at Hood Cemetery.  Mrs. Kornegay will Lie In Repose, at Grace Baptist Church, Monday from 12(noon) until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be – Clent Horton, Jeremy Horton, Macon Hill, Jason Hill, Zach Nolen, and Zac Witt.
