Mr. Wallace 'Sonny' Buttram, age 78 of Walnut Grove, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife – Dianne Cline Buttram; children – Lynn (Joel) McConnell, Brian (Jennifer) Buttram, and Joey (Aundie) Copeland; grandchildren – Brooke (Wes) Farmer, Zach Davis, Jordan (Tyler) Moody, Sydney (Thad) Payton, and Tyler Buttram; great grandchildren – Braxton, Greyson and CoraLei Farmer, Shepherd Payton, and Henry and Avery Moody; and siblings – Marsha (Dwight) Powers and Larry (Jannette) Trainor.

Mr. Buttram is preceded in death by his daughter – Tammy Kay Buttram; parents – Luther Monroe and Ruth Aline (Hicks) Buttram;  and siblings – Aline, Bernice, Mary, Betty, Linda, Benny, Jack, Lewis, Calvin, and Butch.

Reverend Allen Johnson and Reverend Max Barton will conduct the Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Buttram will Lie In Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Tuesday from 12:00 PM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Ricky Watkins, Gary Thompson, Delane McCormick, Steve McCormick, Donnie Butts, and Barry Long.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the West End High School Soft Ball Teams both Past and Present and their friends.
