Ms. Vinnie Nail Ragan Harper, age 62 of Altoona, Alabama passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at her residence.  She was born on March 25, 1962 to Buck and Joyce Smith Ragan who precedes her in death along with her son, Jeffery Keith Harper.

Vinnie is survived by her husband, Jeff Harper; her children, Shane Harper and wife Karen; and Rexall Harper; her grandchildren, Chloe Harper, Kyleigh Harper, and Gauge Harper; her brother, Terry Ragan; and her sisters, Carolyn Swafford and Wanda Wilson.

A Memorial Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 6:30 PM at Snead Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends, at Snead Funeral Home, on Thursday beginning at 5:30 PM. Snead Funeral Home is humbled to serve the Harper Family!
