Mr. Troy Glenn Tillery, 59 of Horton, Alabama, was born on July 8, 1965, to Earnest Glenn and Martha Browning Tillery and passed on April 25, 2025, at Altoona Health & Rehabilitation Center. He is preceded in death by his father; and his special nephew, Gregory (Bubba) Lovvorn.

Troy graduated from Susan Moore High School, worked as a brick mason, and loved Alabama Football.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Martha and Bennie Anthony; his half-brother, Glenn Tillery; his sisters, Sara Tillery, and Susan Tillery Lovvorn, his half-sister, Ramona Tillery; his nieces and nephews, Kim Lovvorn Pearson, Natashia Lovvorn Sgro, Alice Francis Lovvorn, Michelle Tillery Thomas, Jacob David Schirmacher, Matthew Lovvorn, Michael Tillery, and Larry Humphreys.

Bobby Ray Smart and Joey Beck will conduct the Funeral Service on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Snead Funeral Home at 2:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.  The family will receive friends, at Snead Funeral Home, on Monday beginning at 1:00 pm.

Jacob David Schirmacher, Matthew Lovvorn, Michael Wright, Bobby Ray Smart, Joe Hawkins, and Lamar Hawkins have been asks to serve as Pallbearers!
