Ms. Teresa Renea Shelton passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her residence in the Bright Star Community of Snead, Alabama. She was 49 years old.

Ms. Shelton is survived by her son: Randall and Sarah Thomason; her grandchildren: Ava Thomason, Bella Thomason, Caleb Thomason, Olivia Walker, Wesley Adams, and Isabella Claire Williams; her parents: Thelma and Michael Elrod and James Harold Shelton, Sr.; her siblings: James Harold, Jr. and Lisa Shelton, Fran Shelton, and Skylar Shane Elrod; and special friend: Gary Richards.

Renea is predeceased in death by her husband: Charles Owen Clem.

Brother Curtis Hawkins will conduct the 11am funeral on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Grace Baptist Church in Snead. Interment will follow at Wynnville Cemetery at Susan Moore. Ms. Shelton will lie in state at Grace Baptist Church on Friday from 6-8pm and Saturday from 9am until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be: Matthew Shelton, Michael Miller, Jesse Shelton, Justin Shelton, Skylar Elrod, and Daniel Collier.
