Mrs. Shirley Dean (Morton) Stephens, age 81 of Albertville, AL., passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at her residence.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law – Mike and Lisa Stephens of Marietta, GA her son and daughter-in-law – Pat and Carrie Stephens of York, SC, and her daughter and son-in-law – Paige and Scott Allison of Rockmart, GA; her grandchildren – Shelley S. Smith, David Keith Stephens (Lindsey), Kali Roberge (Eric), Samantha Stephens, and Ryan Stephens; her great grandchildren – Olivia, Alyson, and Cooper; her brother and sister-in-law – Raymond and Carolyn Morton of Snead, AL., and her brother and sister-in-law – Charles and Carol Morton of Altoona, AL., as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Mrs. Stephens is preceded in death by her husband – Lowell Keith Stephens, her parents – Ted and Nellie (Holmes) Morton, her brother – Randall Morton, and her sister – Sybil Prickett.

Visitation for Mrs. Stephens will be Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Snead Funeral Home.  There will be a private burial at Crestwood Cemetery in Gadsden.
