Mrs. Shelby Darlene Self, age 55 of Boaz, passed away Monday, June 15, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center South in Boaz.

She is survived by her children – Erica Self of Decatur, AL, Blake Guice of Boaz, AL, Zeb Guice of Boaz, AL; Canaan Guice (Brianna) of Cleveland, AL; 8 grandchildren; her parents – Don and Barbara Self of Boaz, AL; and her brother – Jack Self (Anita).

Mrs. Dover is preceded in death by her son – Zachary Guice.

The Remembrance Service will be Saturday, July 25, 2020 in the fellowship hall of Happy Hill Church.  Services will begin at 3:00 PM.  As a courtesy to others please bring a mask.  The family will have a few available for those in need.
