Mr. Charles Roger Franklin, age 72 of Oneonta, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital.

He is survived by his wife – Rita Smith Franklin; daughter – Dawn Chappell (Mike); son – Matthew Franklin; grandchildren – Hanna Bramblett and Caden Chappell; great grandson – Jersey Bramblett.

Mr. Franklin is preceded in death by his – parents – Virgil Carl Franklin and Buna (Williams) Franklin; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Dr. David Wilson and Franky Umphrey will conduct the Funeral Service on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Old Snead.  Mr. Franklin will Lie-In-Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 10:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be his family and friends.
