Mr. Robert Allen Latta, of Brooksville, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the age of 77.

Mr. Latta is a Veteran of The United States Air Force.

Robert is survived by his wife Frances Sue Latta of Brooksville; his son and daughter-in-law Ricky & Lori Latta of Horton; his daughter and son-in-law Tammy & Lamarr "Bucky" Freeman of Brooksville; his grandchildren Stephanie & Paul Bullock of North Carolina, Misha & Josh Bright of Boaz, Kelley Latta of Ohio, and Miranda Freeman of Brooksville; his great grandchildren Aiden Bullock, Natalie Bullock, Elizabeth Bullock, and Jaxen Bright; and his siblings Dudley & Juanita Latta of Hanceville, Mary Whisenant of Arab, and Judy Latta of Arab.

Mr. Latta is predeceased by his parents Julius & Allene Watts Latta and his sister Geraldine Latta.

Randy Burtram and Buck Graves will conduct the funeral services on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 @ 11am at the Chapel of Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brooksville Baptist Cemetery with the United States Air Force Honor Guard rendering military honors. Mr. Latta will lie in state at Snead Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6pm-8pm and Wednesday from 9am until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be Nicky Shelton, Bucky Freeman, Franky Jones, Greg Jones, Greg Neil, Alan Jones, and Joe Alverson.
