Mr. Oswald H. Thomas passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at his residence in Susan Moore, Alabama. He was 88 years old.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife: Susanne Houghton Thomas, his sons: Steve Thomas, Daryl Thomas (Tawnya), Edward "Skip" Freeman, his daughters: Sandra Harris (Denver), Leigh Farris (Billy), his grandchildren: William Durst, Lame Dylan LeBoff, Sydney Rae Farris, Billy Farris, III, Dee Brandon Thomas (Samantha), Dakota Thomas (Angela), Schylar, Sterling, Katlin, John, Victoria, Brittany, Crystal, Holly, and Bonnie, his great grandchildren: Payton Elizabeth Thomas, Ethan Ryan Norman, MadiLynn Mae Thomas, Kylie Reese, and Jessica, his sister: Betty Alexander (O.K.)

Brother Joey Kirby and Brother Dan Godwin will conduct funeral service on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 1:00pm at Mt. Zion Church of God in Susan Moore, Alabama. Interment will follow at Wynnville Cemetery. Mr. Thomas will Lie In State at Snead Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:30pm until 8:00pm and on Friday at Mt. Zion Church Of God from 12:00pm (Noon) until funeral time.

Ozz is predeceased by his parents: Horace and Vera (Parker) Thomas and his brothers: Lamar "Duck" Thomas and Hassel Thomas.

Pallbearers will be: Gordon Brown, Mike Jones, John Ferguson, Skip Freeman, Daryl Thomas, and
Billy Farris.
