Mrs. Mozelle Rigsby Allison, age 81 of The Gibbs Chapel Community of Horton, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012 at her residence.

She was born March 26, 1931 to Arthur and Gordie (Lett) Rigsby. She was married to Charles Allison for 61 years and she was a Member of New Prospect Baptist Church.

Mrs. Allison is survived by her husband; Charles Allison, daughter; Dianne Allison Alldredge (Larry) of Brooksville, sons; Don Allison (Stephanie) of The New Prospect Community, Ron Allison of Birmingham, grandchildren; Van Aldredge (Jana), Lee Allison (Kelli), Rusty Alldredge (Tamra), and Kim Allison Bontrager (Wade), great-grandchildren; Preston Allison, Karleigh Allison, Madie Alldredge, Ella Alldredge, Allison Bontrager, and Eli Bontrager, sister; Bonnie Sandy of Snead.

Brother Bill Lett and Brother Ken Shelton will conduct the Funeral Service Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 11 A.M. at The Chapel of Snead Funeral Home with interment in Gibbs Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Allison will Lie In State at Snead Funeral Home Tuesday from 5:30 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Wednesday from 8:30 A.M. until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be Carthal Self, Danny Kent, John Ross Debter, Lynn Cook, Rodney Netherton, and Jamie Burgess.

She is going home to meet her parents; Arthur and Gordie (Lett) Rigsby, siblings; Buford Rigsby, Lavee Rigsby, James Rigsby, Talmadge Rigsby,Aubrey Rigsby,
Lee Rigsby, A.L. Rigsby, J.L. Rigsby, and Lillian Scott.
