Mrs. Michelle Nichole (Price) Self, age 44 of Horton, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Huntsville, Hospital.

She is survived by her husband – Teddy Self; children – Dylan Self and Dakota Self; parents – Jerry Lynn and Wanna (Davis) Price; parents-in-law – Ted and Nena Self; grandparents – MC and Jean Davis and Wilma Jean Price; uncle – Victor Davis.

Mrs. Self is preceded in death by her grandfather – Willard Price; and great grandparents – VL and Hulda Mead and Lillie Hays.

Brother Kevin Price will conduct the Funeral Service on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM at The Graveside at Mt. Heron Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Blountsville. There will be no public visitation.

Pallbearers will be – Scott Wright, Chad Self, David Stricklin, Eli Elsworth, Casey Grigsby, and Eugene Price.

Honorary Pallbearer will be – Victor Davis.
