Mrs. Mavis Helen Brown, age 95 of Oneonta, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023.

She is survived by her children – Linda Brown Leslie (Alan), Terry Clay Brown, and Brenda Beasley (Benny); daughter-in-law – Amy Brown; grandchildren – Brock Leslie (Stacey), Wilson Brown, Angela Alexander, Danie Beasley, Abby Brown, Logan Brown, Paisley Beasley, and Remington Beasley; great grandchildren – Caleb Alexander, Matthew Alexander, Levi Brown, Shelby Leslie, Haley Leslie, and Wyatt Leslie; sister – Rita Pylate; a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her husband – Coy Brown; son – Larry Brown; grandsons – Brad Leslie and Zander Beasley; parents – Horace and Almedia (Wilson) Fleming; and siblings – Othel Fleming, Mel Fleming, Onhree Fleming, Bob Fleming, and Sarah White.

Brother Dan Godwin and Brother Leto Curl will conduct the Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 12:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Brown will be at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 10:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Benny Beasley, Logan Brown, Wilson Brown, Levi Brown, Alan Leslie, and Brock Leslie.
