Obituary
Mary Marie Morton, age 84, passed away March 12, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Trussville.
Mrs. Morton was born April 8, 1927 to Arthur and Golden (Miller) Elrod.
Mrs. Elrod was survived by her brother, Ronald Elrod of Ft. Myers, FL; sisters, Shirley and William Dole of Clay, AL and Eloise and James Logan of Pleasant Grove, AL; a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Morton was predeceased by her husband, Coyce Morton; parents, Arthur and Golden (Miller) Elrod; brother, Billy Mac Elrod, and sisters, Helen Elrod King and Peggy Elrod Pate.
Brother Bud Jones conducted the Funeral Service on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 2 P.M. from the Chapel of Snead Funeral Home with interment in Gibbs Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Chris Laughlin, Alan Logan, Randy Plyler, Mark Hyde, John Coulter and Robert Eaton.
