Mrs. Martha Holmes Wallace, age 85 of Snead, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021 at St. Vincent's Blount.

Mrs. Wallace was a longtime member of Bethel Baptist Church, she currently resided in The Olive Home.  She was known as a hard worker and referred to as a sweet lady but her best attribute was being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughters – Barbara Robertson (Billy) and Judy Wallace; grandchildren – Julie (Zach) Manning, Brent (Melissa) Robertson, Amy Maples, Christy Fox, Shay Wallace, and Clint Wallace; great grandchildren – Jackson, Maloree, Madisyn, Jace, Will, Kaydee, Bristol, Silas, Vannessa, Michelle, Kylee, Emerson, and Aubrie; siblings – Wanda Walker, Joyce Kipp, Jean Stevenson, and Wayne Holmes; special Brother-In-Law – Steve Stevenson; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Mrs. Wallace is preceded in death by her husband – Spurgeon Wallace; son – Mike Wallace; and siblings – Reba Cooper, Helen Stevenson, Louise Dyer, James Marvin Holmes, Donald Holmes, Bonnie Rose, Peggy Holmes, Max Holmes, and Virginia Holmes.

Due to the severity of Covid there will be a private family service.

In Lieu Of Flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Bethel Cemetery Fund at P.O. Box 527, Snead, AL 35952
