Mrs. Lou O. "Bug" (Beasley) Jacobs, age 85 passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at The Oaks in Carrollton, Georgia.

She is survived by her children – Paula Wood (Jeff), Ava Little (Tom), Mark Hicks (Iris) and Lynda Strickland (Dan); her grandchildren – Amanda Pritchard (Pete), Chris Hicks, Nicholas Hicks, Michael Little, Tatum Strickland, Jonathon Hicks, and Erin Strickland; her great grandson – Alex Gray Pritchard; and her brothers – Hugh "Sam" Beasley (Lee) and William "Billy" Beasley (Barbara).

Mrs. Jacobs is preceded in death by her parents – William Henry Beasley and Mae Bell (Hunt) Beasley; her brothers – Ralph Edward, Arvel Odell (Shorty), Jessie Dewey (J.D.), Kenneth Hayden, Leslie Rudolph (Doc), and Henry Wade; her sisters – Mary Ruth Martin and Gertha "Gert" Burl Killion.

Brother Mark Barber will conduct the Funeral Service on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the Graveside at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.  Mrs. Jacobs will Lie-In-Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Thursday from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM.
