Mr. LaWayne J. Harris, age 69 of Guntersville, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023 at St. Vincent's East Hospital in Birmingham.

He is survived by his sisters – Mary Sue Clay, and Barbara Hawkins; caregiver – Tammy Mann; uncle – Ulysses Harris; aunt – Lillie Mae Vann (George); as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Harris is preceded in death by his parents – Buster and Helen (White) Harris; sister – Juanita Allred; and nephew – Johnny Moore.

Brother Don Garrison will conduct the Funeral Service on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM at The Graveside at Bethel Cemetery in Eva, Alabama. There will be no visitation.

Pallbearers will be – Reid Mann and Justin Hawkins.
