Mrs. Laura Sue (Ellison) Martin, age 76 of Boaz, AL., passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Shepherd's Cove Hospice is Albertville.

She is survived by her son and daughter in law – Troy and Sarah Mann of Boaz, AL., her granddaughter and her husband – Stormi and Luis Valdez of Lubbock, TX., her grandson – Baylee Mann of the McClarty Community in Horton, AL., her grandson and his wife – Rodney and Megan Hodges of Boaz, AL., her grandson and his wife – Scott Daniel and Misty Beaver of Muldrow, OK., her great-granddaughters – Micah Valdez, Desiree Valdez, Destiny Valdez, LeeAnna Mann, Addison Mann and Emma Mann, her great-grandson – Carson Grady Hodges, her great-great-grandson – Jose Luis Guerrero, III, her brother and sister in law – Thomas and Ruth Ellison of Snead, AL., her brother and sister in law – L.D. and Kathy Ellison of Douglas, AL., her brother and sister in law – Michael and Janice Ellison of Snead, AL., her sister – Dorothy Smart of Crossville, AL., her sister and brother in law – Linda and Hugh Chumley of Arizona, her sister and brother in law – Karen and Bill Mosley of Ranger, TX., her sister – Eula Rodriguez of Brownfield, TX., her sister and brother in law – Teresa and Roger Leitner of Gadsden, AL., and her sister – Laura Ann Roberson of Florida.

Mrs. Martin is preceded in death by her husband – Hugh Martin, her grandson – Shawn Mann, her parents – Leon and Bertie Mae (Compton) Ellison and her sister – Joann Thompson.

Michael Ellison will conduct the Funeral Service, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., at The Chapel of the Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Highmound Cemetery. Mrs. Martin will lie in repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 5:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Thursday from 8:30 A.M. until Service Time.

Pallbearers will be Michael Ellison, Rodney Hodges, Baylee Mann, Terry Mann, Gary Ellison and Eddie Ellison.
