Kathleen Lett Hollingsworth, born on August 19, 1935, departed this life on December 21, 2025. A beloved member of her community and a cherished friend, Kathleen was known for her vibrant personality and her unwavering spirit. Throughout her professional career, she dedicated herself to Morrison Food Service, where she served as a cook, cashier, and waiter, bringing joy and nourishment to those she encountered.

Kathleen's approach to life was marked by a genuine caring nature. Known as someone who was not easily bossed around, she maintained a sense of independence that endeared her to many. She had a remarkable ability to assist others in any way possible, embodying the true essence of compassion and generosity. Her love for animals was profound, and she adored her dogs, Wendy and Benji, whom she treasured as her own children.

In her personal life, Kathleen embraced her faith with fervor, reflecting her love for life and the Lord. Her unwavering positivity and zest for living inspired family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.

Kathleen is survived by her sister, Willeen Welty, and her niece, Tina Bohler, along with a host of nieces and nephews who will carry on her legacy. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Warren Hollingsworth III, and her parents, Luther and Odella (Edmondson) Lett. Kathleen's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, as she leaves behind a rich tapestry of love, kindness, and joy that will never be forgotten.
