Mr. Johnny Wayne Moore, age 40 of Oneonta, AL., passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Marshall Medical Center South in Boaz.
Mr. Moore is survived by his children - Justin Hawkins of Susan Moore, Dakota Crow of Boaz, Kolby Moore of Blountsville, Logan Moore of Blountsville, and Levie Moore of Blountsville; his mother - Barbara Harris Hawkins of Oneonta; his stepfather - James (Sam) Hawkins of Oneonta; his stepbrothers - Joe Hawkins of Snead and Lamar Hawkins of Blountsville; his stepsisters - Sandy Breeden of Snead, Jennifer Miller of Snead, and Misty Abernathy of Ashville; his aunt - Mary Sue Clay; his uncle - Wayne Harris; and his special friend - Tina.
Funeral Service will be held Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 2:00pm at The Chapel of the Snead Funeral Home. Mr. Moore will lie in repose at Snead Funeral Home Sunday from 12(noon) until funeral time. Mr. Moore will be cremated following the funeral service.
