Mr. Joe Willard Goble, age 80 of Walnut Grove, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at Shepherd's Cove Hospice in Albertville, AL.

He is preceded in death by his parents – Leldon and Gracie (Collins) Goble, and his sisters – Frances Bibby and Annie Mae Martin.

He is survived by his wife – Frances Gail Goble of Walnut Grove, AL; his children – Randy Goble (Linda) of Oneonta, Danny Brooks (Mary Ann) of Altoona, Sherry Adams (Charlie) of Walnut Grove, Wanda Bates (Bobby Davis) of Gadsden, Lisa Bishop (Freddie Dean) of Attalla, and Laura Goble; his grandchildren – Alan Goble, Anthony Helms (Miranda), Ashley Franklin (John), Kimberly Hackman, Brandon Cox, Devan Bates (Summer), Seth Brooks (Brandie), Blake Helms, Maranda Varnon (Josh), and Tylor Bates; 15 great grandchildren; his brothers – Jimmy Goble, Lane Goble, Dillard Goble, and Eddie Goble, his sister - Julia Long; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Brother Jimmy Umphrey and Brother Blair Self will conduct the Funeral Service on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Faith Church in Walnut Grove.  Interment will follow in Faith Church Cemetery.  Mr. Goble will Lie In Repose, at Faith Church, Thursday from 12 (noon) until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Anthony Helms, Blake Helms, Seth Brooks, Devan Bates, Tylor Bates, Brandon Cox, John Franklin, and Josh Varnon.
