Mrs. Jo Ann (Haisten) Goble Daugherty, age 79 of Snead, AL., passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at her residence.

Mrs. Daugherty is survived by her son and daughter-in-law – Kerry and Jessy Goble of Athens, AL., her daughter and son-in-law – Lisa and Ben Burns of Snead, AL., her grandchildren – Jake Goble, Drake Compton, Karson Goble, and Kai Goble; her great granddaughter – Kyleigh Rae Compton-Riddle; her step son – Cliff Daugherty (Donna) of Gadsden, AL., her step son – Ron Daugherty of Gadsden, AL., and her nephew – Mitch Odom (and family); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband – Anthony Daugherty, her parents – Hoyt and Willie Mae (Snead) Haisten, and her brother – James Haisten.

Brother David Socha will conduct the Funeral Service on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of the Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Hokes Bluff First Baptist Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends, at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time.

Pallbearers will be - David Evans, Jeremy Kelsoe, Jordan Kelsoe, Hunter Mintz, Johnny Walker, and Jody Gamble.

In Lieu of Flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in her memory.
