Mr. Jimmy Dale Holmes, age 68 of Warrior, AL., passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years - Sandy Holmes of Warrior, AL., his daughter and son-in-law - Jamie Delaine and James Crumpton of Cullman, AL., his son and daughter-in-law - Bradley Dale and Stephanie Holmes of Mt. Olive, AL., his grandchildren - Matthew Crumpton, Shelby Holmes, Justin Crumpton, Jackson Holmes, and Jenna Crumpton; his brother and sister-in-law - Richard Dale and Dena Roeder of Kansas, his brother and sister-in-law - Bobby and Cyndi Roeder of Kansas,and his sister and brother-in-law - Rhonda and Marty Smith of Kansas.

He is preceded in death by his father - Oliver Junior Holmes, his mother - Emma Ellen Walker, and his brother - Ronnie Roeder.

Denton Farmer will conduct the Funeral Service on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Snead, AL. Mr. Holmes will lie in repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Thursday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday from 11:00 am until service time.

Pallbearers will be - Brad Holmes, Greg Thompson, James Crumpton, Justin Crumpton, Matthew Crumpton, Terry Wallace and Jackson Holmes.
