Mrs. Jettie Moman Creel, age 94 of Horton, passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 at Shepherd's Cove in Albertville.

Mrs. Creel was born May 14, 1918 to Charlie and Zollie (Deerman) Moman. She was a Kindergarten teacher at Douglas Elementary School and a member of and Sunday School Teacher at Bible Methodist Church of Nixon Chapel.

She is going home to meet her husbands Lloyd Creel and Gerald Strauch, her parents; Charlie and Zollie (Deerman) Moman, and 10 siblings.

Mrs. Creel is survived by her son; Ronald and Carol Creel, step-son; Ed Strauch, granddaughters; Sonya and Jack Cleveland and DonNeeysa and Todd Adams, great-grandson; Brent and Crystal Cleveland, great-great-granddaughter; Molly Cleveland.

Reverend Arthur Marchant, Reverend Paul Key and Reverend Byron Haney will conduct the Funeral Service Monday, August 13, 2012 at 11 A.M. from the Chapel of Snead Funeral Home with interment in Nixon Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Creel will Lie In State at, Snead Funeral Home, Sunday from 5:30 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Monday from 8:30 A.M. until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be Rob Willis, Dan Brown, W. C. Helms, Charles Crockett, Edwin Earl Moman, and Ethan Frederick.
