Obituary
Mr. Jerry Marvin Headrick, age 69 of Altoona, AL., passed away May 4, 2016 at St. Vincent's Blount Hospital.
Mr. Headrick is survived by his wife - Peggy Headrick of Altoona, AL.; his daughter - Tracy Fowler of Madison, AL.; his daughter - Christa Headrick Lagan of Altoona, AL.; his chosen son - Johnny Fowler of Madison, AL.; his grandchildren - Jonah Fowler, Hannah Lagan, Matthew Lagan, Michael Lagan, and Malachi Headrick; his sister - Eloise Hubbard of Gadsden, AL.; his sister - Eleanor Day of Ragland, AL.; and his brother - Norman Padgett of Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his son-in-law - John Mihalik; his father - Jolly Marvin Headrick; and his mother - Crystal L. Whitten Headrick.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 23, 2016 at 1:00pm at Antioch Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery. Mr. Headrick will lie in repose at the church from 11:00am until funeral time.
James Hammett, Greg Douglas, James Rhodes, Milford Day, Johnny Fowler, Don Fuhrman, and Casey Nance will serve has pallbearers.
