Mr. Jerry Eugene "Gene" Gerstman, age 83 of Snead, AL., passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife – Ann Gerstman of Snead, AL., his daughter – Jeannie Hanson-Gerstman of Snead, AL., his son – Jack Langford Gerstman of Colorado, his daughter – Sherri Grace of Florida, his grandchildren – Thomas David Falkner, Rachel Ann Falkner, Jesse Gerstman, Genna Gerstman, J.P Grace, Dylan Grace, Kayleigh Skinner, Maegan Skinner, and Dean Skinner; 4 great grandchildren; his brother – Mickey Gerstman (Susan) of Russellville, AL.; and his sister – Brenda Whitehead (Marlin) of Birmingham, AL.

Mr. Gerstman is preceded in death by his daughter – Nanetta Skinner; his grandson – Joshua Gerstman; his great grandson – Ethan; his parents – Joseph Bernard and Terra Mae (Cochran) Gerstman; and his sister – Peggy Rogers.

Brother Curtis Hawkins, Brother Larry Holley, and Brother Bric Latham will conduct the Funeral Service on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Grace Baptist Church, with Snead Funeral Home Directing. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Mr. Gerstman will Lie In Repose , at Grace Baptist Church, Monday from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Seth Gerstman, Kevin Hanson, Cole Hanson, Jeff Greer, Jeremy Thompson, Bruce Eller, Joe Smith, and Jon Rogers.
