Mr. Jerry Wayne Chamblee, age 60 of Blountsville, AL., passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Shephard's Cove Hospice in Albertville, AL.

He is survived by his mother – Flora Dale Chamblee of Oneonta, AL., his brother and sister-in-law – Gary and Bonnie Chamblee of the Straight Mountain Community of Oneonta, AL., his brother and sister-in-law – Phillip and Samantha Chamblee of the Summit Community of Blountsville, AL., his brother – Jeffery Chamblee of Gadsden, AL., and his sister and brother-in-law – Barbara and Joe Casey of Oneonta, AL.,

He is preceded in death by his father – Hubert Chamblee and his sister – Deborah Casey.

Visitation for Mr. Chamblee will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Blountsville, AL. immediately following the visitation.
