Mrs. Jamie S. (Cox) Nation, age 50, passed away Thursday, December 02, 2021 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband – Linus Yelk; daughters - Nicole Smith (Matthew) and Destiny Nation-Cox (Jordan); brother – Bill Cox (Genise); Sister – Lori Cogan (Terry); grandsons – Carson Smith and Caden Smith; and six nieces.

Mrs. Nation is preceded in death by her parents – Howard and Sue Cox; grandmother – Elene Echols; Niece – Aubri Gilliland; previous husband – Lynn Nation.

Brother Shannon Pullen will conduct the Funeral Service on Wednesday, December 08, 2021 at 1:00 PM The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Viewing will be at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 11:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Bill Cox, Matthew Smith, Steve Lister, Dewayne Waldrop, and Buster McCray.
