Mr. James Kenneth Wilemon, Sr., age 78 of Snead, passed away June 4, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Wilemon was born November 3, 1933 to James Odes and Lillian (Holcomb) Wilemon. He was was the Eldest Deacon of Warrior River Missionary Baptist Church and the owner and operator of James Small Engine Repair.

He is survived by his children; James K., Jr. & Connie Wilemon of Altoona, Joan & Ray Smith of Brooksville, Jimmy & Becky Wilemon of Snead, Mary Frances & Dan Kelley of Oneonta, Travis & Becky Wilemon of Horton, William Doyle & Kay Wilemon of Kilpatrick, Odes & Kathy Wilemon of Boaz, Lynn & Kristy Wilemon of Mulberry, Denise & Brian Payne of Southside, and Josh & Judy Wilemon of Horton, grandchildren; Michael Wilemon, Jeffery Wilemon, Kenny Wilemon, Jason Smith, Destiny Smith, Suzann (Sissy) McCoy, Carmen Kelley, Brandon Wilemon, Brandi Self, Stephen Wood, Ashley Wood, Cody Wilemon, Elizabeth Wilemon, Autumn Wilemon, Erica Moorer, Shae Griffin, Tommy Payne, Josh Payne,

Mr. Wilemon is going home to meet his wife; Susie Powell Wilemon, grandchild; Shae Griffin,
Son-In-Law; Tommy Wood, grandson-In-Law; Robert Self, parents; James Odes & Lillian Holcomb Wilemon,
Siblings; M.L. Wilemon, Sara Inez Wilemon, C.S Wilemon, Buel Wilemon, Kelton "Speedy" Wilemon,
Barbara Annette Wilemon, and Sharon Frances Wilemon.

Brother Calvin Butler, Brother Ed Engle, and Brother Roy Miller will conduct the Funeral Service Thursday, June, 2012 at 2 P.M. from Warrior River Missionary Baptist Church with Snead Funeral Home Directing with interment in Samuel's Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Wilemon will Lie In State Wednesday from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Thursday 8:30 A.M. until 12(noon) then at the Church from 1 P.M. until Funeral time.

Pallbearers will be Michael Wilemon, Jeffery Wilemon, Kenny Wilemon, Jason Smith, Brandon Wilemon, Stephen Wood, and Cody Wilemon.
