Mr. James "Billy" Mardis, age 71 of Blountsville, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at St. Vincent's Blount Hospital.
Mr. Mardis is survived by his Sisters:
Mary Sue Hancock (Carol), of Blountsville, AL
Betty Morse (Bueford), of Blountsville, AL
Charlie Ann Shelton (Larry), of Blountsville, AL
Aunts:
Sybil Glassco of Huntsville, AL
Faye Hinds of Auburn, AL
A Host of Nieces and Nephews.
Michael Morse will conduct the 11 A.M. Graveside Funeral Service Friday, March 7, 2014 at Summit Cemetery, with Snead Funeral Home directing. Mr. Mardis will Lie In State, at Snead Funeral Home, Friday from 9:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M.
Pallbearers will be: Michael Morse, Dean Shelton, Dale Shelton, Dalton Shelton, Jeffrey Shelton and Larry Shelton.
Mr. Mardis is preceded in death by his parents: Arnet E. and Irene (Hinds) Mardis.
