Mr. James Curtis Foster, age 73 of Oneonta, passed away Thursday, May 17,2012 at St. Vincent's East in Birmingham.
Mr. Foster was born May 13,1939 to Lonzo Clayton and Winnie Rosetta (Williams) Foster.
Mr. Foster is survived by his Sons: Dewayne Mitchell and Monica Foster of Oxford, AL, Lance and Sheri Foster of Collinsville, AL, and James Kevin Foster of Arab, AL; Grandchildren: James Andrew Foster, Kelley Elizabeth Foster, Sherina Meylan Foster, Indya Foster and Drake Foster; Sisters: Daphine Horton of Attalla, AL, and Mary Stevenson of Oneonta, AL.
Mr. Foster is preceded in death by his parents, Lonzo Clayton and Winnie Rosetta (Williams) Foster, and his brothers, Bill Foster, Shell Foster, Benton Foster, Clem Foster, and Gene Foster.
Brother Jerry Burgett will conduct the Funeral Service for Mr. Foster on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 11 A.M. from the Graveside of the Brown Cemetery in Hendrix with Snead Funeral Home Directing. There will be a private viewing for the family only.
Pallbearers will be Mark Foster, Matthew Foster, Andrew Foster, Ronnie Foster, Sammy Blackwell, and Slade Blackwell.
