Infant Jacob Allen Clements, age 10 days, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham.

Baby Jacob is survived by his parents - Matthew Clements and Randee Stephenson; siblings - Eric Thomas Davidson, Raelynn Kaye Stephenson, and Alexander Blaze Clements; grandparents - Tonya and Jeff Stephenson and Howard and Amanda Stephens; great grandparents - Thomas Boughner, and Earl Wayne and Denise Stephenson.

He is preceded in death by his uncle - Eric Eugene Clements; great grandparents - Judy Kaye Boughner, Eugene and Ida Hiller, and Laura Jean Stephenson.

The family will receive friends, at Snead Funeral Home, on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
