Mr. Howard Eugene Freeman, age 62 of The Nixon Chapel Community of Horton, AL., passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at Marshall Medical Center South.

He is survived by his wife - Karen Freeman of The Nixon Chapel Community of Horton, AL., his daughter and son-in-law - Jennifer and Michael Sanford of The Nixon Chapel Community of Horton, AL., his daughter - Taylor Freeman of The Nixon Chapel Community of Horton, AL., his grandchildren - Coleman Smallwood, Isabella Sanford, Samuel Sanford, and Oliver Sanford, his great grandchild - Harper Williams, his brother - Robert Freeman of Horton, AL., and his sister and brother-in-law - Rita and Tony Holcomb of Franklin, TN.

He is preceded in death by his son - Eric Coleman Freeman, his father - Robert Coleman Freeman, his mother - Lottie Mae Weaver, his brother - Dennis Ray Freeman.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Nixon Chapel Cemetery.  Mr. Freeman will Lie-In-Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 12 (noon) until funeral time.
