Mrs. Gail Franklin, age 73 of Walnut Grove, AL., passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at her residence.

She is survived by her son – Gerald Franklin of Altoona, AL., her daughter and son-in-law – Teresa and Max Hilburn of Blountsville, AL., her daughter and son-in-law – Lisa and Tommy Chambers of Douglas, AL., her son and daughter-in-law – Donald and Jamie Franklin of Altoona, AL., her son and daughter-in-law – Jeffery and Amy Franklin of Altoona, AL., her grandchildren – Scott and Jessica Franklin, Jeremy and LeAnn Shiver, Josh Shiver, Christopher Franklin, Jonathan and Khrystyne Chambers, Manley and Marissa Hilburn, Angel and Cody Chappell, Seth Franklin, Maddison and Joshua Freeman, Kati Franklin, and Tyler Franklin, her sister and brother-in-law – Annette and Joe Franklin of the McClarty Community of Horton, AL., her sister – Jeanette Price of Oneonta, AL., her brother and sister -in-law – David and Donna Price of Highland Lake, AL., her sister and brother-in-law – Lovan and George Rauh of Huntsville, AL., her sister – Sue Price of Oneonta, AL., her brother and sister-in-law – Robert and Betty Price of Tuscaloosa, AL., and her sister – Joann Cornelius of Susan Moore, AL.

Mrs. Franklin is preceded in death by her husband – Junior Franklin, her daughter – Linda Cowan, her great grandson – Easton James Hilburn, her parents – CC and Mary Lou (Ragsdale) Price, and her brother – William Price.

Brother Jeffery Franklin and Tommy Chambers will conduct the Funeral Service, Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Macedonia Baptist Church, with Snead Funeral Home Directing.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.  Mrs. Franklin will Lie In Repose, at the church, Saturday from 10:00 AM until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be – Jeremy Shiver, Josh Shiver, Jonathan Chambers, Seth Franklin, Tyler Franklin, and Joshua Freeman.
