Mr. Franky Johnson, age 61 of Boaz, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife – Brenda Boothe; caregiver and special friend – Tammy Smith; siblings – David Johnson, Danny Johnson, Johnny (Mariea) Johnson, Ed Johnson, Barbara (Gary) Poole, Helen Friend, Dorothy Beasley, and Margaret Chappell; step-sons – Chris Laughlin, and Ronnie Boothe; step-grandsons – Kodey Laughlin and Jonathan Laughlin; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by his parents – Colonel D and Clara Mae (Decker) Johnson; siblings – Jerry Johnson, Gail Mayo and Elizabeth Mayo; and step-son – Kenneth Laughlin.

The family has elected cremation.  No services are planned at this time.
