Mrs. Frances Gail Goble, age 78 of Walnut Grove, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Marshall Medical Center South in Boaz.

She is survived by her children – Danny (Lori) Brooks, Sherry (Charlie) Adams, Wanda Bates (Tony Laughlin),Mary Ann Brooks, and Randy Goble; grandchildren – Ashley (John) Franklin, Seth (Brandi) Brooks, Kimberly Helms, Anthony (Mandy) Helms, Blake Helms, Devan (Summer) Bates, Maranda (Josh) Varnon, Tylor (Brooklyn) Bates, and Brandon Cox; great grandchildren – Kaden and Emerson Franklin, Cole, Dawson and Madison Kay Brooks, Haley, Breanna and Isaac Helms, Aurora Cox, Shannon, Jody, and Crimson Spinks, Laken, Lilah, and Laney Bates, Kyleigh and Oakley Varnon; siblings – Mary Sue (Buddy) Traylor, Marie Rowan, Thomas (Kathy) Vaughn, Travis Vaughn, and Betty (Jerry) Umphrey.

Mrs. Goble is preceded in death by her husband – Joe Goble; daughter – Lisa Bishop; parents – Lester and Mamie Vaughn; and siblings – David Vaughn, Robert Vaughn, Loreen McCright, Opal Stanfield, and Jean Parrish.

Brother Tyler Gilliland and Brother Jackie Girrard will conduct the Funeral Service on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Faith Church. Burial will be at the adjoining cemetery. Mrs. Goble will will Lie In State, at Faith Church, Sunday from 1:00 PM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Kaden Franklin, Brandon Cox, Tylor Bates, Anthony Helms, Josh Varnon, Seth Brooks, Blake Helms, Devan Bates, and John Franklin.
