Mr. Floyd H. Wininger, age 84 of Altoona, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years – Janice H. Wininger; daughters – Sherri K. Haynes (Mike) and Michelle L. Bailey; grandchildren – Brian Johnson, Brett Johnson, Amber Johnson, Nicole Yother, Kerri Collins, Garrett Payne, ChelSea Bailey, Bryson Bailey, and Aleida Eason; 22 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; 4 nieces; and 4 nephews.

Mr. Wininger is preceded in death by his daughter – Pamela Wininger Johnson; grandson – Charles Land; granddaughter – Jackie Soto; and siblings – Bob Wininger, Newell Wininger, and Barbara Beshears.

The family has elected cremation.  No services are planned.
