Mr. Eugene Hancock, age 69 of Boaz, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Marshall Medical Center South.

He is survived by his wife – Wanda Hancock, children – Brad Hancock, Chris Hancock (April), and Jamie Hancock; grandchildren – Hunter Hancock (Harli), Chase Hancock, Chasity 'Sissy' Hancock, Koley Hancock, Colton Hancock, and Carter Thomas; 1 great grandson on the way; brothers – Joseph Hancock (Susan), Terry Hancock (Donna), David Hancock (Denise), and Robert 'Wad' Hancock; and step-mother – Joyce Turner.

Mr. Hancock is preceded in death by his father – Robert Eugene Hancock; mother – Floy Dean (Collins) Hancock; and brothers – Donald Hancock and Robert Cecil Hancock.

Brother Eddie Simmons and Brother Bill Hancock will conduct the Funeral Service on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Old Clear Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends, at Snead Funeral Home, Friday from 12:00 PM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Blake Simmons, Brandon Simmons, Joey Simmons, Matt Hancock, Austin Hancock, and Josh Dye.
