Mrs. Elsie B. Kemp, age 68 of Oneonta, AL., passed away Monday, June 4, 2018 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband - William H. Kemp of Oneonta, AL., her daughter - Jill C. Smith of Birmingham, AL., her daughter and son-in-law - Marla K. and Jay Radcliffe of Fort Mill, SC, her son and daughter-in-law - Jeremy H. and Sherri L. Kemp of Oneonta, AL., her daughter - Krista F. Kemp of Birmingham, AL., her step-daughter and step-son-in-law - Rhonda R. and Trevor Cole of Pinson, AL., her step-son and step-daughter-in-law - Greg S. and Candy Kemp of Boca Rotan, FL.,her grandchildren - Courtney Guthrie, Dakota Smith, Jordan Barker, Mckenley Barker, Isaiah Kemp, Lillie Kemp, Kayla Kemp, Madison Radcliffe, and Olivia Radcliffe, her great grandchildren - Tucker Guthrie, and Cooper Guthrie, her sister - Bonnie Avans of Hytop, AL., her brother - Larry Brown of Sarasota, FL, and her sister and brother-in-law - Stephanie and Jeff Arnold of Scottsboro, AL.

Mrs. Kemp is preceded in death by her parents - Chesley Calvin and Ruby Elsie (Wright) Brown, her brothers - Willis Brown, Earl Brown and Richard Brown and her sister - Ila Brown.

Pastor Keith Smith, Trevor Cole and David Kittrell will conduct the Funeral Service on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Snead United Methodist Church, with Snead Funeral Home Directing.  Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery.  Mrs. Kemp will lie-in-repose, at Snead Methodist Church, Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be - Dakota Smith, Abbott Dempsey, Jeff Arnold, Dallas Wynn, Reid Culver, and Isaiah Kemp.
