Mrs. Eddie Mae (Crook) Carver, age 80 of Snead, AL., passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years – Swanee Carver of Snead, AL., her son – Dave Carver of Atlanta, GA., her daughter – Rene Carver of Madison, AL., her daughter and son-in-law – Diana and Ronnie Welch of Anniston, AL., her grandchildren – Autumn and Jason Parrish of Goshay, MS., April and Jonathon Jeff of Birmingham, AL., Cristi and Elton Turner of Vinegar Bend, AL., Laci and Jared Bellew of Talladega, AL., and Claire Carver of Arab, AL., her great grandchildren – Evan Arwood, Jase Turner, Jaci Mae Bellew, Brent Bellew, Elizabeth Jane Jeff, and Lilly Kate Jeff.

Mrs. Carver is preceded in death by her granddaughter – Whitney Bearden, her parents – Eddie Lee and Mary Mae (Stone) Crook, and her brother – Eddie Lee Crook, Jr.

Brother Bobby Bright will conduct the Memorial Funeral Service on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until service time.

In Lieu of Flowers the family asks that donations be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Bright Star Road in Horton, AL.
