Mrs. Earlene Wood Taylor, age 79 of Blountsville, AL. passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at St. Vincent's Birmingham.

She is survived by her son - Hugh Don and Heather Taylor of Attalla, AL., her daughter - Darlene and Harmon Lisenby of Alabaster, AL., her daughter - Jane and Lane Pettit of Brooksville, AL., her grandchildren - Jamie and Brianna Pettit, Meagan Pettit, Elizabeth and Brandon Robinson, Andrea Rowe, Christie and Michael Ball, Becky and Josh Drummond. and Mandie and Miguel Camarillo, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, her sister - Rene and Alton Massey of Blountsville, AL., her brother - Jim Wood of Blountsville, AL., and her sister - Sue Gunter of Birmingham.

Mrs. Taylor is preceded in death by her husband - Fred Taylor, her parents - Lonnie and Lula (Ford) Wood, 10 siblings, and her sister-in-law - Kay Wood.

Brother Curtis Alexander will conduct the funeral service on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery.  Mrs. Taylor will lie in repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Saturday from 1:00 PM until service time.

Pallbearers will be - Lane Pettit, Harmon Lisenby, Greg Taylor, Josh Drummond, Brandon Robinson, and Derek Colburn.
