Ms. Dorothy Sue Harvell, age 73 of Union Grove, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 at her residence.

Ms. Harvell is survived by her daughter 0 Marquita Mills of Union Grove; her daughter - Sherry Lynn Pitts of Albertville; her daughter - Sandra Kay Tidwell of Albertville; her brother and sister-in-law - Jerry and Marry Ann Tillison of Snead; her granddaughter - Kristy Herrington of Snead; her granddaughter - Misty Terrell of Boaz; and 5 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her granddaughter - Tracee Badgett; her father - John Spencer Tillison; her mother - Mary Jane Powell Tillison - her sister - Maxine Kerr; and her sister - Barbara Bynum.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 11:00am at The Chapel of the Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Ms. Harvell will lie in repose at Snead Funeral Home Tuesday from 10:00am until funeral time.

Leo Pitts, Billy Tidwell, Whit Terrell, Nicholsas Friday, and Wesley McClendon will serve as pallbearers.
