Mr. Donald Gene Ellenburg, age 75 of Blountsville, AL passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at St. Vincent's East in Birmingham.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law – Diane and Scottie Anderton of Hanceville, AL, his son and daughter-in-law – Donald Wayne and Sonda Ellenburg of Blountsville, AL, his son and daughter-in-law – Mark Edward and Teresa Hill of Brierfield, AL, his grandchildren – Brooke and Dustin Sivley, Shawn Anderton and Chasity and Dylan Norred; his great grandchildren – Ava Rae Sivley and Sawyer Sivley; and his sister – Arlene Stephens of Briarfield, AL.

Brother Scottie Anderton will conduct the Funeral Service on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Gibbs Chapel Cemetery.  Mr. Ellenburg will Lie-In-Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM and Thursday from 10:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – James Overby, Jr., David Hendrix, Dylan Norred, Dustin Sivley, Kevin Chappell, and Skylar Stephens.

Honorary Pallbearer will be – Shawn Anderton.
