Ms. Dicie Marie Price passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at the age of 82.

Ms. Price is survived by her children: Jack and Shirley Price of Altoona, Delmas and Glenda Price of Hayden, Mary and Owen Ashley of Snead, and Randy and Teresa Price of Snead

10 grandchildren: Tonya Bodine, Jimmy Price(Kim), LaShone Price(Misty), Crystal Vann(Joh), Jason Price, Nathan Mize, Addie Lee Ashley, Shayna Ashley, Lynn Ballenger, and Alicia Smith(Jeffery).

14 great grandchildren: Brandon Bodine(Krystal), BreAnna Bodine, Macy Price, Tristan Price, Mason Price, Kyra Price, Tyler Price, Hanna Vann, Logan Vann, Katie Price, Seth Knox, Amber Ballenger, Bethany Ballenger, and Chayanne Smith.

Brothers: Carl Williams of Cedartown, GA., Lonzo Williams(Barbara) of Snead, and Robert Williams of Douglas.

Sisters: Sharlotte Williams of Snead and Lucy Anderson(Roy) of Cedartown, GA.

LaShone Price, Joey Kirby, and Billy Reynolds will conduct funeral service on Thursday, January 2, 2014 @ 2pm from The Chapel of Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Wynnville Cemetery. Ms. Price will Lie In State at Snead Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:30pm until 8:00pm.

Pallbearers will be: Mason Price, Tristan Price, Casey Williams, Nathan Mize, Jim Stricklin, and Jeff Stricklin.

Ms. Price is predeceased by her husband: Herbert Price, 2 grandchildren, her parents: Charlie Zebedee and Addie Lee (Jenkins) Williams, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
