David Wayne Rhodes

Mr. David Wayne Rhodes, age 57 of Snead, AL, was born on April 26, 1969 to Jimmy and Dianne Rhodes and passed away on July 7, 2026 at his residence. 

Mr. Rhodes, was a very happy man and was always laughing. He loved to hunt especially deer hunting but most of all he loved his wife, their kids, his family and friends. 

David Wayne was survived by his wife of 31 years, Terri Rhodes; his son, Dylan Rhodes; and his son, Parker Rhodes. He is also survived by his parents, Jimmy and Dianne Rhodes; his brother, Daryl Rhodes; sister, Leigh Ann Rhodes; mother-in-law, Caroline Sims; sister-in-law, Becky Garrard; and sister-in-law, Wendy VanWagner; and a host of nieces. 

Funeral service will be held Friday, July 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive guests on Friday beginning at 12:30 pm. 

Mark Foster, Daryl Rhodes, Brian Vaughn, Chad Garrard, Phillip Gilliland, Eric Nolen have been asked to serve as pallbearers with Randall Shelton serving as honorary pallbearer.
