Mr. David Elvin Moon, age 61 of Guntersville, AL passed away Friday, September 28, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital.

He is survived by his son - Samuel David Dunston of Birmingham, AL., his daughter - Bridget Nicole "Niki" Moon of Centry, FL., his son - Aaron David Moon of St. Louis, MO., his daughter - Brittany Loraine Moon of St. Louis, MO., his grandchildren - Sage Elizabeth Nicole Moon, Giana Moon, Joslynn Moon and Royce Brown, his sister - Debra Baty of Arab, AL., his nieces - Jaynna Hawkins, Leslie Haynes (Brian), and Kristin Mathis (Caleb), his nephew - Noah Baty, his great nephews - Maxwell Mathis, and Ethan Fraiser, and his great nieces - Juliet Mathis, Eloise Mathis and Lauren Fraiser.

Mr. Moon is preceded in death by his parents Bobby Gene Moon and Janie Sue (Copeland) Moon.

Caleb Mathis will conduct the Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Graveside at Liberty Hill Cemetery, with Snead Funeral Home Directing.  Mr. Moon will Lie In Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Tuesday from 12:30PM until 1:30 PM.

Pallbearers will be - Noah Baty, Steve Hawkins, Matthew Livingston, and Aaron Moon.
